I don't think the beryl would be anything to be extracted on it's own. The tungsten (W) would.

Tungsten prices are high but vary widely, and that's a real problem because it can readily leave you high and dry ( much like Mo). From my experience, treating it like Sn in grades would be suitable. So, the 4% is high grade and the 1% is mineable (allowing for the price variability).

The beryl would be an add-on float like the feldspar, Atlantic Lithium are adding to their Ewyoaa Ghanian mine.

The skarn is likely to be zoned similar to a pegmatite so as they keep looking and learning and vectoring they are likely to find some Ta as well. Or maybe the pegmatite that turned to skarn as the somatic conditions and permeability of the rock changed. Those geo's are going to go to town on this. Hence my earlier comment.
