It was a successful investment for Acadia so I suppose their motivation for selling is easily explainable. I don't know why they needed that $10m~ USD when they had plenty of cash in the bank at that time. I wonder if the new CEO would have done the same thing? (Sold the 1.3m shares, or held onto them).
