Unfortunately, csadeev, you seem to make sense. I think I would feel more confident if you were running this company. You would probably do a much better job at getting the share price up and with less expense. You have committed your own money I assume and would already be incentivized to do your best.
The current md is getting nearly $500k salary plus a truck load of free options because he didnt feel his salary was enough incentive. He doesn't seem to want to share the risk with other shareholders by buying shares on market? None of the board do? Just my opinion, happy to be proved wrong on the way I see this!
