you'll know on the 30 June 2011 if it was the smartest way
the options are out of the money. When the stock goes ex for the USN shares the price will drop . I would say down to 15 to 16 , other things being equal. I assume the ex date will coincide with the option reprice, that is you dont get two bites of the cherry and get to exercise at 16c and keep an entitlement to the USN shares.
Plenty of risks here. Option overhang, native title, enviromental approvals, comprehensive metallurgical testwork still to be done
its a low grade project. Grade is King. I rate it behind CCU and SVL
