In relation to the Recapitalisation and Debt Refinancing Plan announced on 31 August 2010, progress continues to be made and an announcement on timing is expected to be made before Christmas;

Has anyone heard any more about Becton's advised "announcement" about their Debt Refinancing Plan that was expected to be announced before Christmas ?(assume 2010 Christmas was being referred to).
