There is a lodged Prospectus, so no variation imo.
However, if there were no takers, then it would be abandoned I'd say.
Whatever could then be raised from sophs (if there is enough capacity that is to do that) would probably happen I guess, at a lower price of course. It would be unrelated to the Placement.
However, such a thing happening would be a disaster for everyone. If it did happen though, then hopefully there would be repercussions management-wise.
The big query now though about the Placement is that the price has now sunk to below it and looks bloody weak too. So, who would now come in?
