I think you might be referring to SC56 where 4 wells have been drilled to date...
1. Dabakan-1 (gas/hydrocarbon discovery)
2. Banduria-1 (gas/hydrocarbon discovery)
3. Palendag-1A (gas shows but P&A)
4. Babendil-1 (?)

According to Exxon Mobil (operator), $100M has been spent drilling each of these wells.
The JVP's in SC56 are Exxon 50%, Mitra Energy 25% and BHPP 25%.

That puts BHPP's contribution for the 4 wells at $100M...not $300M for 3 wells.

At the outside, Exxon say the cost of the wells were $100M each, so if we attribute that cost to Exxon's share alone, then BHPP would've spent $200M on the 4 wells, but a single wildcat exploration well at $200M is a pretty damn expensive well for that location.

I don't think you've done enough research to get the feeling that BHPP won't be coming to the farmin table.
