When this was around 4-5c, I was saying, another smaller cr was a possibility after the SWF investment and at a higher sp. I wasn't expecting it this early but here it is. Not sure why they didn't wait until after construction had started and done it at a higher sp but this is the third time this week I have seen this.

agree, I’ve found in the past that these types of CR are to reward the shareholders or risk-takers
