The bit I don't get is why are they now using their third tax advisor. What happened to the other two? They seem to be hinting that the first two were no good and a waste of time. But then who chose the first two advisors?
Reminds me of one of my ex brokers. He was constantly criticizing the quality of management especially the miners and explorers in the junior resources sector. He used to criticize the mangers by calling them "burger flippers" for obvious reasons.
I feel that description perfectly fits the management team at OEL.
