The issue is how many shareholders could or would take it up? The time involved, that causes delays etc. Plenty could have loaded up pre 7c over the few months .
Rip the bandaid off, get the $$ and move forward. When its all done and money coming in , this will be forgotten. If their is a pullback people may be able to get some again closer to 7 c... The market also may view it that all systems go and support the proce when its considered the income it will generate .
