Upside sharing payment
- Seems to be dependent on EMRs investment outcome
- A$150m is only possible if the gross money multiple is at 5.0x
- There is a calculation given in the news release (15 January 2020)

In general the calculation is:
- gross proceeds divided by
- capital invested in the acquisition + development + operation costs

So if they sell the mine for 2 Billion the sum of these costs must be under A$400m for RSG to receive A$150m
If these costs exceed A$800 RSG will not get any payment

Are there any public numbers on operation and development costs by EMR or Ravenswood Ltd?
