    Wellcome to the bottomless, endless, shameless BS produced by this c** artist ... this happened with ARE over decades. The frequency of his interviews and talking this BS language was outrageous! ... All proved to be nothing but **lube** to do the shareholders in the backside for his blackhole of over $400k salary p.a. (for a nono-company that ARE was) - "blackhole of salary" as $$$s were sucked into it and nothing came out, but failed projects afyer failed projects. In fact that is not an accurate description
    ... as most projects vanished in ambiguity ...
