31 million in the Shortfall and what was the volume on the day of approval Wed?: around 36 million.
Those shortfall shares were immediately dumped.
I don't understand how that happens given they weren't allocated and can't be traded until Monday but maybe they have a way around that.
And I don't understand why, given they paid 1 cent and the options don't vest for 2.5 years.
