I bought Harvey”s years ago for the same reason, being much less liquid makes things interesting especially today with futures down it could get even more so (I did make this mistake with SGR though but that was more a political witch hunt) If it gets around the $1.40 mark I’ll be adding more again, I don’t think people realise how much less our dollars buy now & many real assets within businesses like this don’t reflect it, like many REITs that’ve gone backwards while resi properties have soared, sure there’s rental oversupply in some areas but replacement costs have somewhere near doubled & while population keeps growing & inflation keeps devaluing $ purchasing power Unless Australia's lost its love of property or cars & we don’t experience a dramatic event I think this is a pretty safe bet
