The only thing that surprises me is how long it has taken for this business to come unstuck. It started as a bunch of overpaid old blokes in Lowes suits that even Leightons didn't want, went out and dressed itself up for listing by hiring a bunch of women to sit as non-execs (but of course with a man as "lead non-exec"), and now, having failed to get in front of the ACCC's decisions, it's going to wake up its legal team and take the ACCC on.
No way this is the end of the bad news.
