Mate, the company hasn't even employed the personnel to carry out mining activities. They are still trying to hire a number of skilled mechanics, operators etc.

Such a great company to work for. Great culture, expanding workforce. experienced in all facet of mining services. LMAO.
Sure they might get a contract or two but it still would not even warrant a $30 million market cap.

Think logically.

Let's say they get a contract for say $5 million. After all expenses including wages etc they make net $1 million.

They have $1 million in the bank.

So you are going to pay $30 million for a company that makes $1 million from a company the market would say it's worth $30 million (4.4b shares x 0.007 cents)

They could do this 4 times in a year. Big woop.

So, the stupid start buying the stock and for every 0.001cents the market cap goes up $4.4 million. Let's say it goes up by 1 cent, that's an increase in the value of the company of $44 million!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is why no share consolidation will happen just yet. You can make good money with the swings. The smart will trade it and the stupid will hold a company where the share price will will decline over a short period of time when people realise the valuation of the company is just ridiculous.

They don't even own equipment. Zero assets!!!!!!!!!!!

At share price of 0.016 it's valued at $70 million based on 4.4 billion shares issued. What an absolute BS valuation. It's just a joke and many will end up in tears here.
