Noob question, just trying to figure out if this good/bad news.
On the 20% Gov preference share interest, have that always been the case or new? Also does it mean that the gov is entitled 20% of the mine's profit on top of the royalties and tax.
Interesting they refer it as "Preference Share", to me sounds like they will call the shoots so the actual % is really that important unless they its related to profit as well.
The rest of figures is bad news but the market seems to have priced in.
