What have I missed here? NML went bust - it happens. And when it happens the value of your shareholding goes to zero. Thats what happened. Gurry came on board in May 23. At that point the share price had tanked and the company had essentially failed. Yet somehow those shareholders think they should retain the same proportion of a re-capitalised company without putting up any cash?
It seems they don't quite understand how this works.
You backed the wrong horse. Get over it. This is a new horse with a new jockey and no saddle weights. I like its chances.
The main risk IMHO is the awful government you Victorians keep electing. Get rid of them and this horse will stretch her legs nicely.
