It's going to be very interesting to see what happens with the ASX200, it would seem quite a bizarre strategy to get short in the ASX300 rebalance and then cover most of that in the $6s and $7s only to re-short it again lower on the ASX200. Not saying it won't happen but I can't understand them doing that if they do
The whole thing is a bit weird though, the few shorts there was covered and the price continued to tank, so it seems the pros don't really want to be all that short here but also enough of the longs wanted out to do some serious damage. Intriguing situation ...
I got my few back for a trade earlier, may or may not turn into a long term hold(my half of my initial position is still a long term one)
