I just saw the pathetic interview on ACA with Michael Usher interviewing Gerry Harvey. Not one intelligent question. No explanation of why Australians have to pay 50% to 150% more than anyone else in the world.Is it that our big store buyers dont know how to negotiate , or is it that Harvey Norman and others just love those massive mark-ups.Our big retailers need to move into the 21st century and change their business model. Even if the Govt was silly enough to charge a GST it would not change a thing.Global online buying is here to stay. Occam
