"I am putting the proceeds into an unlisted private company in the government and defense end of the cyber security market. Not disclosing the name, but adding to my holdings"

Of course you're not disclosing where you're putting your money into.

As I said, might not get anyone taking the offer of trying to beat DRE's performance over the next 12 months.

"DRE proudly state they are explorers to the end, you know what happens to most of them, regardless of how hard they may work. Investors want projects with their discoveries, not treasure hunters."

Not sure how long you were in (and out and in and out and in) of DRE, but clearly you (and quite a few others) don't know what DRE's about and are thrown by Dean's comments that they're not miners but explorers.

What that means is that, as it states, they will likely not be mining one of their discoveries, themselves.

What they will be doing is getting others to mine their discoveries for them - ie. upcoming gold mining via BC8 = profits.

What they will be doing (if they get lucky) is JV-ing the Ni-Cu-PGE at Mangaroon, and getting a Major to do the mining for DRE and DRE keeping 25-30% of the profits, if the discovery plays out and big enough deposit gets defined (and of course the Major would buy them out shortly after mining or more likely just before mining = profits).

What they will be doing is selling off their REE/Niobium world-class asset for a lot of money once the NdPr prices recover ( = profits).

Their strategy is, and has been from day 1 (you can watch the early conference presentations from Dean and listen to him lay it out), was to explore, discover, define a deposit, sell it, return funds to shareholders ( = profits) (and keep some for further exploring)....ie. no mining themselves mentioned but most juniors with a big discovery don't end up mining anyway and end up getting taken over (ie. see DEG for most recent example) - so not sure what your point is re; not mining themselves is.

Then explore more, find another discovery, define another deposit, sell it off, return funds to shareholders.

    Rinse and repeat.

NdPr will hopefully recover in 2025, meaning they can sell their asset for a lot of money (but that requires a bit more patience and holding from holders - easier for some than others).

Gold mining will also produce income/profits in 2025, and beyond.

And so it will go on.

"This stock with the SOI and erosion of value, is fast becoming a black hole"

We'll see how much more dilution we get.

I'll go a bit "extreme", and say, with some luck, there might not be any more CR's as once they start mining there will not be a need for it.

If there is a CR, it won't be at these prices any time soon - Feasibility Study (early next year - hopefully JAN) will give the SP a kick up.

Then, after feasibility, signing off on the deal with BC8 should give it another kick (and if there's an upfront cash component from BC8 then that'll guarantee the cash position until gold mining begins).

And won't need any more cash from other deals, but we'll get a few more of those too (to add to the $250k deal and $2M in the bank and anything from the BC8 deal, with reduced overall expenditure).

Each to their own, I'm comfortable holding here as ever, wish I was even a fraction as confident in my other investments as I am in this one, and looking forward to the feasibility study and BC8 deals early in the new year, some other deals, and then that cash lasting until the gold mining starts.

And yeah, we all wish you all the best too, and let us know how your unlisted investment went, this time next year, even if it's not documented on here.

    Cheers,

    GB.

ps. hopefully my spacing of the post makes it easier for everyone to read and no one falls asleep (take note @Poodleface )
