Tried locating the filing but no success as yet.Thought I got it off the Western district of Washington website however when I went there they have a log in system which I definatley did not use when I originally came across it.

Still can't recall if it was on that site or if I found it by googling but if you read yesterdays announcement the judge gives a brief summary of the issues being raised.

Going by todays announcement the co. seems pretty confident the case has no legs and maybe it will turn out to be no more than nuisance value.Hope they are right,if so the shares are a steal.
