Instead, management could aim for biotechnology facilities at ISO 4 or ISO 5 standards. Rather than sticking to a $500k budget, they could allocate $5 million to meet those over-the-top specifications. Don’t worry about the excessive standards for a basic cleanroom or the impact on share dilution—value for money isn’t a priority here!
