There is never, ever any promises. Nor do charts tell the future and it's foolish to think they do.
They do show what is occurring right now though, so LTR has capitulation volume and narrowing spread and it's obvious the brakes have been applied over the last few bars. A couple of doji on reasonable volume and LTR is looking a lot better. Fingers crossed isn't a valid trading nor investment approach but can' hurt.
