i really can't understand why you are so fixated about mak doing a capital raising. they still have a heap(currently close to $18mill imo) of $$ even after the bcd deal.
what projects do they need to raise $$ to move forward atm?
if wonarah's development though the verte group involves a raising to verte's investors in association to the large loan imo this is another matter and in no way negative.
