Adding a (normal) 6% transaction cost of $129,195 to the net proceeds of $2,153,250 = $2,282,445, round that up to $2,300,000 for ease of calculations;
$2,300,000 / 15,000,000 shares = $0.153c per share?

What am I missing for the Company to say, they received a compelling offer, when on the date of the announcement 27 November 2023, the share price of Equinox Resources was $0.37? Unless the Company considers retaining any future royalties over the Hamersley Iron Ore project of US$0.30/tonne as a valuable asset?
