To answer your questions. I think production cost overall will be up, but not a big number, Because of the amount of waste stripping they are doing. That said I am sure they are trying to cut cost wear every they can. Now it's clear that they don't have endless money pit.
Yes, but they all so received revenue this quarter for product shipped last quarter but not earned. With MC selling at the gate and with the production increase at Salaro the wash though would be positive but very small.
To create the mine waste. You need to drill, blast, load and truck it. In very simple terms.
If that truck turns left leaving the pit and dumps it in the waste dump it is a production cost. If it turns right and dumps it on the bund it it becomes an non current asset.
So as long as they were always going to create the waste, which I believe they were. Then from a cash flow perspective it should be normalized back to a production cost.
You say razor thin. That suggests you think it's still positive. But on the above numbers it is was $4 million in the red. To me that's a big number.
With production projected to be flat at best. I can't see anyway they can get into the black this quarter and that before repaying the pre payment. But as always happy to be corrected by anyone that wants to but some substance behind there post.
