Hey for shareholders sake I hope you’re right glemon, it’s a long way back from here. If the MOU doesn’t progress it’s hard to imagine what’s next in regard to funding the company.
My issue is with management and Tim Dobson who have structured a performance based reward system where he has received 50%and 29% or in other words around 800 thousand dollars in the last 2 years performance rights.
He’s literally received almost half of all director and executive costs. There have been Zero milestones of any significance achieved that have progressed the company, the sp is toast and yet he still took the cash. I mean it’s not like his 500k salary is low.
Hey he’s not the only one guilty of this on the ASX but in my experience any fund/institution looking to invest would get rid of him as they don’t like this blatant excessive spending without results.
