I think DOW will go back up as this ACCC Court case has no merit, an unfortunate, ill-conceived and weak case against an ASX listed Australian company with major Australian defense force contracts: DOW, Spotless and Ventia brought due to a "bad blood" complainant to the ACCC, Challenger Services, becoming a perennial loser to Downer Group. ACCC should not have taken the bait as AFR has hinted at. Challenger Services is a contract loser down in Australia, less service orientated, with difficulties in hospitality, aged care, nursing homes, appalling Australian airline food, unsanitary hospitality and other incidents that have happened to an unlisted private company with directors and employees that are unlisted, confidential and could be attached to foreign powers like Moditler, and Xitler unsupportive of Australian interests. NAB should continue to fund and finance Downer Group and should be prevented from supporting inappropriate, opaque challengers like Challenger Services especially when failures in the Australian National Defense could bring down Australia and cause Australian sovereignty to be ceded to Xitler's Beijing based regime. NAB should be forced to support Australian companies and Australians rather than dubious companies of no repute especially as NAB gets the support of the Australian Government through the protectionist Four Pillars Policy.
