From what I can tell it is mostly going to take considered ongoing consultation at each step in the development, especially where it has any potential impact on water and/or cultural heritage. Which is fair enough. We don’t want another Juukan Gorge - ever again.
Whether we can immediately start construction of stage 1? Not sure - it may need notice/consultation. Until we start producing batteries that need our own vanadium, we aren’t in a huge rush, but it would be nice to have a stockpile waiting - if we can afford to dig & process it.
