They have a recent history of providing support to African nations/governments which conveniently look the other way rather than enforcing what other countries would call rights.
I and a bunch of other aussie investors are still funding a court action 7 years after Zinjin stole the worlds largest platinum reserve from ASX listed NKP.
After that I swore I would NEVER again invest in anything less than a tier 1 mining jurisdiction.
This SYR situation could go from bad to worse very quickly from here and I think anyone still in it is really taking a serious gamble now.
