resource stock or tech stock?

Considering the recent announcement of possible acquisition of Gold prospect in Congo have RER lost faith in their direction to back new petroleum technologies?? Its all quite on the Western Front in regard to UCTL and we all no how the W10 tests concluded. Does this leave them with EBM as the only other technology they see worth pursuing, if at all?? So many unanswered questions with this company it really is quite disappointing. I only ever got involved for the UCTL, is it still a goer??? Will it be a primary focus of RER??? Is it decades away if at all???

Unfortunately the feeling i get from the recent developments and the complete 180 in going back into resources is it's lost it's shine??? A clear direction needs to be laid out for shareholders IMO, resource stock or tech stock????????
