I hope the Hon Reece Whitby recommends the proposal with the addendum that in the case of any future disagreement or conflict over the relevant clauses , that an independent third party have the final say.
Otherwise it could get a bit excruciating if disagreements overthe conditions arise.
And I really hope Reece uses his powers to fast track the plant approvals concurrent with approving the minesite area.
