@Halime, none of us want to see the SP at $3. The recent Insignia Financial FY25 Investor Day deck announced that there will be no dividend until Sept 2025 at the earliest and no franking credits until late 2027, ensures a continuation of low SP.
The Bain proposal is serious & has been in the works for some time. IFL has underperformed since the APRA issues.
