The rights issue diluted the registry by approximately 20% leaving 20% of tradeable stock aquired at 5c....
For the entire year (excluding 20/12) only 23% of available stock changed hands.....
If including the day Pfizer partnership was released it effectively doubled the years figures with huge volume equal to the entire 12 month period. worth noting on this day the VWAP was 7.84c so that puts 20% of registry traded at this price.
Top 2 shareholders with 18% haven't lifted a finger.
Really it just highlights the greater picture with Phylogica as has been mentioned there are many patient holders with great confidence in the company.
The slow drip from the highs of early 2010 was on very light volume with the sp. reaching a low of over a 70% decline from the 12 month high but with only 23% of the available stock trading --- impatience ?
While all the developments inline with the business plan where carried out, goals met & quite possibly some greater outcomes than expected. The only downwards weight was placed through the rights issue at 5c but still not a great impact one would think - although more than likely explains the heavy sellers that appeared on the day Pfizer was announced.
