Why should a director excercise options so early? Im sure he is not concerned about making insecure shareholders have a warm and fuzzy feeling if he is confident of the future direction of the company. He isnt going to do it till the options get close to expiry and i would do the same in his position. The day to day share price is not important as long as it doesnt collapse and at the moment the company has enough money in the kitty to go forward 18 mths to 2 years.
