Thanks for your comments totts. Falling knife - In trying to capture the line on the bottom tine I forgot that I should be trying to catch the median line. Thanks for your constructive criticism.
Having said that I do find it interesting that your median line and my bottom tine just so happen to intersect where the SP has broken below both lines.
Oh, and the tool is called "Chart overlay." Thanks totts for putting me on to it.
