They raised $1.4m & the BOD funded 50% of it.
And yes, I know I KNOW, the BOD pull a massive salary here & it's SH cash anyway, but the alternative is they could take the money & run. Why waste it by throwing it back into the company?
How many entities are on the ASX where the BOD raises 50% of the total amount? I know plenty out there where the BOD doesn't touch the company with a 10-foot pole.
The dilution is just starting around here, I fully expect billions of shares to be issued & then another consolidation. So don't expect to throw money at this & be a millionaire overnight.
