I would definitely recommend going over the qtrly ann's to see the cash burn rate and make your assumption how long the $400k plus the $1 million will last if the CR is successful.

I'd also recommend going over the current financial status of a lot of the big European countries including France and England to see if you want to be investing more into battery recycling at this present time. What do we feel will be the minimum timeframe for this company to start to make revenue?

This ann does give the company some wriggle room once the funds are received. This upcoming CR is a 95% discount to the last one which happened just over 2 years ago.

Like a lot of people here like myself are deeply in the red and unsure throwing more money in this will eventually lead to a return. The betting man in me wants to participate in the CR but will most likely just lead to more money being held against this stock.
