Called AVL. Had a chat with Samantha.
Asked if they were going to release an update and I was informed that they didn’t view the news as material enough to warrant an update. I explained that this is some of the most important news in years and there is a large amount of confusion from shareholders.
They said they would discuss internally releasing something about the EPA announcement and implications for the project.
I think it would be helpful if more people called to explain their lack of satisfaction in the comms approach.
