Actually they do.. but I doubt they can make it work. An all cash offer at 5cps would req Maxo to match/best... its unclear where their limit stands, but at some point it will run dry (my understanding it is financed).
A capital raise by SWP at this point to acquire would be a shocking move... I just hope that isn't in play.
