3 tablespoons sake mirin sherry or brandy.
2 tablespoons garlic salt or garlic.
2 tablespoons celery salt.
2 tablespoons of zest.
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
1 tablespoon miso.
in a pan barbecue in the charcoal webber with the lid on.
Baste with the paste occasionally with tropical fruit juice.
