I don’t think that he is thinking clearly cause it would make sence for him to step back and watch the share price go up. A section 249D is the ultimate dummy spit , nothing to gain.
AK has had a very bad year, forced to resign at AKN, lost an election that he had a 25% head start on and his other two companies are absolute dog shit. His lost over $500k income from 2 companies and the other ones probably won’t be able to pay him soon.
Now he wants to try to derail the company the same day that it announced exciting news. Let’s face it his dirty . He had months to do a deal after the feasibility and couldn’t come up with the goods. These guys have put a deal on the table in weeks and he would have to be suffering from the ultimate humiliation and embarrassment so let’s shit on them and unfortunately the rest of us shareholders. Disgusting but I think his day will come soon.
