- we started plant 1 in june 2024 - refurbishment took really long as we did it differently than plant 2 … thanks to that we delayed ramp up phase ? Not really sure if we saved a single penny doing it differently? But this desicion was made. (Anyway)
- we operate in Thailand „plotical circus“ & high royalty rates - we still are beeing treated like gringos „not really mining friendly“ and they give a f$#k about Akara and we have to pay royalties upfront with a cash delay ! + everything we need thailand will generally delayed it - we still didn’t see any real meaning full compensation for the 6 years closure e.g royalties reduction - we are still an Arbitration case - we still dont have the chatree resource upgrade cube-consulting - we still haven’t sold NE or a clear way forward for NE, despite we simply bow out money for drilling it incl. holding costs - we still haven‘t got a buyback nor a dividend as shareholder - we still have a high AISC - we still use only decent grades or low grades - we still have 40M$ debt - we soon have to apply again for metallurgic license issued 2022 valid for 5 years = so 2027 we need the thais again !
i dont know but 1,35 $ looks about right… considering politcal & arbitration risk & operation risk
despite if the one or other action - item can all be solved structurally there is plenty of blue-sky…. and the fact that operations will improve is there!
but Mr. Market remains in show me mode !
