Merv,i think any JV would include a clause that stipulated that SPQ manage it. The last couple we had with S32 and Tek were unworkable in the end because they were subject to interference from the bigger player. Almost as if they were doing it on purpose to bleed us.(that last statement is just my thoughts on it all.)
