Fair enough but it’s reassuring to know that 226 million of the 300 million market cap is backed by real estate, for me a business that’s reliant on using real estate owns that real estate isn’t that important until it is & then it’s critical Ramsey & Healthscope are both going through a hard time but unlike Ramsey PE ripped the property assets out of Healthscope Longer term who’s far more likely to fail & therefore benefit the stronger from challenging conditions? For some businesses owning their premises is like building with bricks not straw or sticks, seems ok until a big bad wolf shows up The business itself isn’t anything to get too excited about besides to me it looks cheap with somewhat of a moat
