Agreed - a great ann. to end 2024 with. I think that Tanarra will probably fund the next two builds but after that I would imagine that DEL will be ready to find a Tier 1 lender. With the current economic tailwinds, assets build on the balance sheet and DEL lowers its risk I would imagine much better rates will be offered and accepted.
