what an AMAZING announcement...what we have been waiting for @Burty85 ...only concern for me is it is still conditional..its not binding...yet...that will come but it shows intent from the US government...as long as NVX dots its i's and crosses its t's it should be a given that we will get access to this capital...the best bit about this loan is that it does NOT DILUTE existing shareholders!
