I would like to see many nuclear power/desalination plant combinations around the coast delivering cheap/subsidised power and water to the population.

This would encourage the population/tax payer base to grow. Not tax cuts in one hand and utilities price increases in the other.

Ho-hum , as long as I continue to make more income than the Joneses , it's not my problem.
