No Vonex shareholder will accept share swap deal with Swoop. To offer cash Swoop needs to get the finance similar terms as Maxo. Or capital raise and discount SWP price. In either case retail shareholders will be the victims. Board might have experience but they don't have courage to put hand in their pocket. They are losing trust with both SWP and Vonex shareholders.
